TURN-KEY AND SUB-CONTRACT SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS FOR EMPLOYMENT CREATION IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING RESERACH, FEASIBILITY STUDIES, DESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT/ MANUFACTURING, CONSTRUCTING, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE.

Msasa Industrial Training College has strategically setup a specialised unit at its site to offer services in the above areas to mines and other clients within and outside Zimbabwe at turn-key and sub-contract levels with the aim of creating employment for Zimbabweans through the drive of ZIM-ASSET (Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation) National Policy being propelled by the Government.

Through these projects, the college wants to engage and offer University and College students and lecturers, practicing professionals, entrepreneurs and corporate organisations the much needed multi-faceted global engineering and business experience to enable individuals to set up and run their businesses profitably and easily and to have organisations benefit from the results of their re-tooled human capital hence reducing the negative effects of the dreaded brain drain in search of 'greener pastures'.

Some of the projects services to be offered to our clients are as follows:

• Tailor-made client site specialised industrial training courses. eg Process plant automation PLC, SCADA and DCS software engineering, High pressure carrying vessels coded welding, PLC, SCADA and DCS based computerised process plant operation for operators, Engineering CAD for drawings designs, etc
• Engineering maintenance work tasks standardisation.
• Site modernised projects management work standardisation.
• Site PLC, SCADA based plant process operations standardisation.
  
• Site project PLC, SCADA and DCS software engineering standardisation for process plant automation.
• Site plant process instruments and equipment ERP (software suite) calibration standardisation and management.
  
• Turn-key and sub-contract industrial engineering projects undertaking:       
  

                -Electrical, control and instrumentation.

                -Buildings automation systems.

                -PLC, SCADA and DCS systems software engineering.

                -Fiber and Vsat internet infrastructures and services provision.

                -Photo voltaic (solar) energy saving plants.
